Expansion Named After Longtime Board Member

Columbus, OH – The newest facility at Wesley Ridge Retirement Community has been officially named the Robert A. Barnes Center after longtime Wesley Ridge board member and current resident, Robert Barnes. The Robert A. Barnes Center will provide skilled nursing care and physical therapy services to rehabilitate residents reach their maximum level of functioning. Anticipated opening is January of 2013.
The state of the art facility itself is more than a skilled nursing facility as it also will house the Kimes Chapel, art studio, beauty shop, library and prayer and meditation room.

“A few months ago, there was some question as to what to name this wonderful facility,” commented Robert Barnes. “We are humbled and honored to be able to contribute to the ongoing success of Wesley Ridge,” he said about the very generous gift he and his wife, Betty, made to Wesley Ridge.

Located at 2225 Taylor Park Drive, Reynoldsburg, OH, skilled nursing services will feature:
• 26 full-time nursing and rehabilitation positions (is this staff?)
• 13 private state-of-the-art rooms
• 6 spacious companion rooms
• Family-style dining to encourage resident involvement in preparation and participation
• Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy for short-term rehabilitation for Wesley Ridge residents and others in the community
• The Gainer Doctor and Dentist Clinic
