Wesley Ridge Receives 2018 Holleran Choice Community Award
(Reynoldsburg, OH)— Wesley Ridge Retirement Community has been recognized with a 2018 Choice Community Award for providing excellent engagement to its residents by Holleran. The firm specializes in conducting resident engagement and satisfaction surveys. Wesley Ridge received the award as a result of its exemplary efforts in providing a community where residents thrive.
Holleran’s resident engagement surveys analyze how well a senior living community supports the successful aging of its residents, as measured in four areas: Voice, Connection, Fulfillment, and Well-being.
“Voice” measures the degree to which residents are able to live independently and have a say in their environment and community. “Connection” represents the degree to which the community makes it easy for residents to create and maintain strong social connections, and “Fulfillment” represents the degree to which the community fosters an environment in which residents can maintain a sense of purpose in life and pursue their goals.
“This award is an exciting achievement,” states Dawn Schaffner, Chief Operating Officer for The Wesley Communities. “Wesley Ridge is dedicated to helping our residents live meaningful lives in all stages of life and at our community, it can be seen all around.
Wesley Ridge puts a lot of emphasis on engagement for residents through their daily activities and available options as well as through their relationships with each other as well as with our employees. Many of their staff have great friendships with residents.
