Lori Essman, certified health and wellness coach from OhioHealth Weight Management, will virtually join us to share valuable information on the many changes our bodies go through as we age. She will also discuss the benefits of exercise for older adults and demonstrate workout techniques that focus on seated and standing exercises, and stretching.
