You never have to worry about the lawn or household repairs--we do the chores so you can enjoy the retirement you've worked so hard for. You can relax, enjoy the natural surroundings, and plan your next neighborhood gathering.
One and two-bedroom Ridge Homes are carefully designed to meet the needs of how you want to live today. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, ample storage space and attached garage. In addition to the wonderful indoor spaces, a Ridge Home extends your living area outdoors with a private patio or optional Florida room. And the deer aren't the only animals welcome on our grounds. Your pets are invited to move with you to your Ridge Home.
While enjoying the comforts of Ridge Home living, you have access to the common areas of Parkside and Bishop Place Assisted Living including the dining room, beauty / barber salon, clinic, library and ice cream parlor. You can also join in the social activities of the entire community.
As a Ridge Home resident, you have immediate access to the health care facilities of the campus, should you need them on a temporary or permanent basis.
Services Included in the Ridge Home Fee:

- Interior and exterior home maintenance
- Landscaping, snow removal, and trash pickup
- Bi-monthly housekeeping
- 24-hour emergency call system
- 24-hour professional nursing staff
- Appointments with nurses in our on-campus Taylor Clinic (other health professionals available at office costs)
- Use of the meeting and recreational spaces at Parkside and Bishop Place
- Invitations to all campus social events, recreational activities and planned outings
Parkside
The six-story structure of Parkside Independent Living apartments is now complete and offers an active and carefree lifestyle for the residents. Parkside boasts 89 spacious one and two bedroom apartments for active and independent seniors overlooking the 660-acre Blacklick Woods Metro Park and Golf Course. Views of the surrounding area are quite spectacular from the sixth floor.
Parkside residents enjoy a rich assortment of activities and friendships. They enjoy getting the most out of life and exploring new opportunities. Parkside features formal and private dining rooms, fitness center, Columbus Room lounge, outdoor terrace, Bistro and coffee shop, bank, postal center, library, theatre and more.
The monthly service fee includes these benefits, services and amenities:
- 30 nutritious meals per month in the formal Dining Room or Bistro
- Reserved parking space
- Housekeeping twice per month
- All utilities (except telephone)
- Cable hook-ups
- High-speed internet access
- Washer and dryer hook-ups
- Ten free days of health care per year or thirty free days of adult day services at Life Center
- Private dining room for residents' use with friends and family

The Garden Homes and Parkside feature choices and options to fit your individual needs. The monthly service fee includes most benefits, services and amenities that provide a carefree lifestyle.
The only added charges you will find are for additional services that are available upon your request. These charges are not included in the normal monthly fee, but are available at minimal cost:
- Additional meals in Parkside or Bishop Place
- Beauty salon and barber shop
- 24-hour pharmacy delivery
- Personal laundry service
- Additional Housekeeping
- Transportation for personal trips
- Special activities and trips
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapies
- Podiatry, audiology and dental services
