The Patio Homes and Independent Living apartments feature choices and options to fit your individual needs. The monthly service fee includes most benefits, services and amenities that provide a carefree lifestyle.
The only added charges you will find are for additional services that are available upon your request. These charges are not included in the normal monthly fee, but are available at minimal cost:
