| Gladys G. was hospitalized twice with pneumonia in 2009. After leaving the hospital, she was admitted into rehabilitation therapy at Wesley Glen’s Health Center. When she returned to her home she received support from her niece and neighbors, but felt she could still benefit if she had more sessions concentrating on building up her strength. She requested more therapy and her physician recommended outpatient therapy at Wesley Ridge. Even though the Wesley Ridge community is nearby, Gladys had not yet regained confidence in driving. This is where the Life Center’s transportation services stepped in to help. (click title for full story...) |
