Life Center Adult Day Services

Life Center at Wesley Ridge!

Life Center Adult Day Services provides an individualized plan of daytime care for seniors and adults with disabilities in a safe and well-supervised environment at Wesley Ridge in the English Garden Building.

The Life Center program is also available in the Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church. The Program offers a needed respite to caregivers, along with health monitoring, education, support groups and links to vital community resources. Client Services include supervision by on-site nurses, transportation to-and-from home, bathing services and rehabilitation.

You and your family want your elderly or disabled loved one to enjoy each new day in a safe, pleasant setting. Life Center offers your loved one an individualized plan of daytime care in a well-supervised environment. Your loved one's day at Life Center includes time for personal interests and activities to remain as healthy and active as possible. At the same time, Life Center assists caregivers by providing respite care, education, and support groups.

The daily fee for Life Center includes:

Nutritious lunches and snacks
Medication administration and assistance with special medical needs
Rehabilitative programs and activities
Arts and crafts, inter-generational activities, gardening, music, entertainment, fitness and aerobics, pet therapy, spiritual opportunities, and reminiscent therapy
Community trips and outings
Assistance with personal care needs
Wheelchair-accessible bathing available at an additional fee
Social Work services and advocacy for the client, family and community
Transportation available for an additional fee
Financial assistance available

Transportation Available

Transportation is available for an additional charge. Specially equipped, wheelchair-accessible vans, with trained drivers, provide door-to-door assistance.

Bathing Services

Our trained staff will bathe clients in spacious wheelchair-accessible showers, for an additional charge.

Friendly, Professional Staff

Registered nurses, activity coordinators, and a social worker supervise the daily programs. Health assistants provide individualized personal care. The services of a beautician, podiatrist, and therapist are also available on the Wesley Ridge campus.

Nutritious Meals

An appealing, nutritious hot lunch is prepared specifically for our clients. Life Center also provides healthy snacks twice a day. Special diets will be accommodated.

Fees and Financial Aid

The daily fee includes nursing care, supervision and monitoring, meals, snacks, and most social, therapeutic and recreational activities.

Serving the community for more than 27 years, Life Center is supported in part by PASSPORT, Department of Veteran Affairs, United Way of Fairfield County, memorial gifts, and a variety of community organizations and private individuals. If you are eligible, our social worker can help you obtain financial assistance from these resources.
